Brought my car in for a tire rotation and general pre-trip inspection. Appointment was at 10:30AM and I had my car back a little after 12. Front office people were very friendly and took time to explain things to me. I was given the broken center cover piece for my wheel with the metal circle that sits inside of it, was told that they would not cover a replacement.... Update: 01/03/18 Seth called to discuss work recently done and review. Nice when an owner takes the time to speak directly to customers.
