Recently had unexpected engine trouble in my Audi - Eurotech took the tow and had my car repaired the next day - I have been a customer for a couple of years and they have always been great - with and without an appointment!

I have brought my FBO S1 turbo 135i and stock 335xi to eurotech several times since owning the cars. The service, convenience, and quality of work are all top notch. I've experienced none of the hassle and inconsistencies that ive found to be common with the local BMW dealerships. I could give countless examples of how Seth, Amber, Dana, and the rest of the crew exceed expectations, but for the sake of brevity I will say that you will NOT find a more fair and problem-free shop in town, or perhaps the entire Midwest. I'm proud to be a customer for life. Oh, and being an authorized Dinan Performance dealer and installer is a nice benefit too!

Very high-end shop, with expertise in MINI's and Beemers, but they work on anything foreign/european too. We've been very satisfied with the work they've done on our 2009 MINI. Super professional and thorough.

Eurotech has serviced my 2006 330xi for four years, and they always perform top-notch, professional work. They thoroughly inspect the car at every scheduled maintenance interval, and always offer detailed information, including level of priority, for any recommended repairs. We just purchased a certified used 2013 x3, and had Eurotech perform a pre-purchase inspection. They found a small leak in two of the struts, that the dealer's own pre-certification inspection failed to uncover. The dealer's service crew initially disputed the claim, but after seeing the issue for themselves, and absorbing the blow to their egos, they had nothing but praise for Eurotech's service. I will always take my European cars to Eurotech. Ken

I need to preface this review by saying that the service I received was excellent. I had an engine oil and manual transmission fluid change done on my E46, everything went great. Being able to take a loaner and the location were huge incentives over taking my car down to Motorwerks/Orr as my work is much closer to Eurotech. There is a slight premium to the service, but keep in mind that they are using all-OEM products for fluid changes, and you get a free loaner! Eurotech did forget to reset my oil service interval, along with putting an impossible to remove sticker on my windshield which I did gripe about initially. Sean called me up and offered to drive out personally to reset the cluster, along with removing the sticker which was a nice gesture. Aside from the slight annoyances, it was overall a good experience.

I completely put my trust in whatever the folks at Eurotech advise. I never feel that I am shortchanging my vehicle or spending more than what is necessary. On multiple occasions they've correctly advised less expensive options to try first before incurring major expense. That, to me, is the ultimate in value.

Went in to do a tune and exhaust install. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and had a great loaner program for me to use while the car was in the shop. I thought the price was fair and definitely wouldn't mind paying a little more for the extra piece of mind knowing that the techs knows the ins and outs of the car. I will be going back to them for any part installs and maintenance on my car in the future.

Eurotech just installed a new valve cover gasket, water pump and thermostat. The team was very knowledgeable and constantly updated me throughout the repair process. Also i got an outlook for things to look out for in the future. I didn't feel like i got up-sold for unnecessary services. The pricing is competitive and i really felt like the guys were actually excited to work on my car. All in all a great local place that takes well care of my beloved German cars.
